	Jobs First Jobs First is a client assessment and tracking package for moving clients off of welfare. Used by organizations contracted to assess, train and place clients in jobs. The software handles various stages of client activity, including; registration, assessment, training, job club, employment and non-compliance. There is an accounting option that allows for charging funding sources on a per stage basis, with stage being selectable by the organization. A site can be setup as a subcontractor with different per stage rate. The contractor can then include these clients in it's overall charging to the funding source.
